So... I managed to write a fixed form in English. That never happened before. I only succeeded in doing this when I wrote in my native tongue, Serbian.
I suppose I should be proud of myself. But I'm cannot possibly bring myself to feel proud upon creating a poem that came out of utter misery.

There's a beautiful tone that is so consistent, and yet grows gradually, but all the while subtly, darker and darker--or, perhaps, more genuine. The rhyming is implemented well, and helps to keep the consistency. In conjunction with the tone, the darkness here is quite sickening--caustically so, in fact.
Reminds me much of a circus show--a motif, I'll confess, I've been interested in for my own works too. Thus, I'm glad as both reader and writer to read it well here!
